Workplace Interiors Co recently completed a boardroom refurbishment in Cheltenham, with the fit-out delivered by Gravity Office Interiors. The project transformed a heavily used meeting space into a more welcoming and effective environment for collaboration and client-facing discussions. With the room in constant demand across departments, the redesign focused on improving comfort, acoustics and light, creating a space that feels more engaging while supporting long meetings and everyday decision-making.

As part of the project, we supplied Flexi Light conference chairs with white armrests and a white nylon base. Chosen for their ergonomic support and clean design, the chairs bring comfort and a crisp, contemporary look to the refreshed boardroom setting. The result is a space designed to work harder for the team, offering a comfortable and professional backdrop for everything from internal sessions to important client conversations.
