Reclamation policy

1. General statements

1.1. This reclamation  policy applies to products and services purchased at ing. Jitka Hurábová - LD seating company, which claim is in compliance with our reclamation policy.

1.2 . In order to accept the claim, the receipt, invoice or bill of delivery need to be provided.

1.3. Claimed goods will be accepted only with correctly filled out reclamation record. Reclamation record is available on our web site www.ldseating.com.

The buyer is obliged to fill out:

- receipt or invoice number
- product type
- detailed description of defect (attach photo if possible)
- contact information

2. Claim requirements

2.1. This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

2.2. LD seating reserves the right to or replace inreparable defective products at our discretion
with other, similar product with comparable technical parameters.

3. Length of warranty

3.1. The length of warranty for each type of product is clearly stated in LD seating pricelist that is valid at the time of purchase.  Our chairs are covered by warranty when used 8 hours a day - regular worktime. For workplaces with more than 8 hours of worktime is designed PERMANENT SEATING series.

3.2. Castors and gliders are covered with 24 month warranty only.
 

4. Repair pricelist

4.1. All accepted claim repairs are free of charge.
4.2 If the claim is denied, all expenses directly connected with claim execution (product testing, freight expenses) are billed to a buyer.

4.3. Repairs that are excluded from our warranty are billed to a buyer with a price on agreement..

5. Locations

5.1. Accepted reclamation will be executed by repair. If the damage is beyond repair, product will be replaced within 15 workdays.

5.2. Reclamation is executed only in place of business of LD seating company.
